2. Order and Contract
When you place an order on our site, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions and accept the terms of sale, delivery, and payment. The contract is formed once we have sent you confirmation of your order by email. Any validated order implies unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
3. Prices and Delivery Costs
All prices displayed on the site are in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC) , and excluding delivery charges. Delivery charges are indicated before the order is confirmed and vary depending on the destination and the amount of the order. In the case of delivery abroad, local taxes may apply and will be borne by the customer.
4. Delivery Methods
Deliveries are made via DPD , with a 48-hour delay for mainland France. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of your package in real time. OZUR guarantees to cover the full value of the goods in the event of loss or damage during transport.
5. Payment Terms
Payments are made directly online via secure platforms. OZUR accepts credit cards and partner payment solutions. Once payment is validated, an invoice will be sent to you by email and will remain available in your customer area.
6. Return Policy
OZUR offers a credit note for all returned merchandise, provided the items are unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging. You have 14 days to notify us of a return from the date of receipt of the product. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The credit note can be used for future orders on our website.
7. Intellectual Property
All elements of the site www.ozur-swimwear.com , whether texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, or other content, are the exclusive property of OZUR or its partners. Any reproduction, representation or adaptation, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.
8. Protection of Personal Data
OZUR is committed to protecting your personal data. When you place an order, fill out a form, or subscribe to the newsletter, your information is collected solely for the purpose of processing your order or to inform you of brand news. 9. Responsibilities
OZUR cannot be held responsible for service interruptions related to the use of the internet network, nor for damages due to external intrusion (virus, hacking). Furthermore, OZUR declines all responsibility in the event of force majeure (strike, natural disaster, etc.) affecting the smooth running of delivery or use of the site.
