Please make sure ALL YOUR INFORMATION is correct when confirming your order. We work to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Once you have received your confirmation email, we can no longer cancel your order or change your address, products or any other order information.

Delivery: DPD, speed and efficiency 

All our orders are shipped via our carrier partner DPD , which guarantees a fast and reliable delivery service. Whether you want to receive your parcel at home or at your workplace, DPD offers a simple solution, with real-time tracking for every order.

Delivery times:

Our delivery times are 48 to 72 business hours from the time your package is picked up by DPD. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped. Tracking will be available via the DPD website, allowing you to check the status of your delivery at any time.

 

Delivery areas:

We currently only deliver to mainland France.

Delivery costs

• Standard delivery: €4.20 for all orders under €70.

• Free delivery: for all orders over €70, delivery costs are free!

Receiving the package

It is essential to check the condition of your package upon delivery. If the package appears damaged or opened, we recommend reporting it immediately to the delivery person, noting any necessary reservations on the delivery receipt.

 

Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a product isn't quite right. That's why OZUR offers a credit note for returns.

  

Return conditions:

• You have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return one or more items.

• Items must be unworn, in perfect condition and returned in their original packaging.

• Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we will issue you a credit note valid on our site for a future order.

 

How to make a return?

1. Contact us at emilie@ozur.fr to inform us of your wish to return an item.
2. Return the items to the address we will provide in our email response.
3. Upon receipt of the items, we will send you your credit note, valid for 1 month on the entire website.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please contact us with any questions regarding your order or for assistance with your return process.
